SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-5 days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days- $40 flat rate
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
- Standard: 5-10 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Orders If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
